Oreka Solutions

Oreka Solutions was created in 2014 to incubate and scale new technologies that have massive social and environmental potential. Oreka Solutions’ first technology is the commercial rearing of the Black Soldier Fly. This insect feeds on food waste and is a superfood for fish, chickens and pigs. It replaces fishmeal in animal feed diets, helping preserve the oceans, and helps reduce use of antibiotics in animals, thereby reducing the problems of antibiotic resistance in humans. The process we have developed over three years of R&D is already beginning to deliver real impact – helping to keep fish in the sea, make animals and humans healthier and support the move to zero waste.

For more information, or to become a partner or investor in this technology for good, please contact Jon Duschinsky, CEO on 647 295 2993 or via email: [email protected]
