This class will explore culture, technique and combining flavours to give you practical skills for your everyday cooking. Yasi will teach you how to use spices and herbs in authentic and experimental methods, how to make your own spice blends and give you the skills to create your own combinations using a variety of techniques including; blooming, toasting, grinding and more. We will also explore spice origins and cross-cultural similarities and differences.
