Get ready for a Rockin’ Ravioli making class that will teach you tips and tricks of making filled pasta! Join Steve D’Alimonte from Piccolo Farm Organics in the Nourish Kitchen for an authentic pasta making experience.
Take a deep dive into the chemistry and physics of making fresh pasta and ricotta filling with expert pasta maker and organic farmer Steve D’Alimonte. Participants will create fresh pasta from scratch using the same methods Nonna used. This class is intended for those who have some comfort and experience in the kitchen, and who may have made fresh pasta previously.
Piccolo Farm Organics (PFO) is owned and operated by Steve D’Alimonte & Lisa Lopez in the backyard of their property in Guelph, Ontario — the traditional land of the Mississauga, Attiwonderonk, Anishinabe and Haudenosaunee Peoples. Their mission is to grow healthy and flavourful Italian varieties of vegetables, or vegetables commonly used in Italian cuisine, using no-till and regenerative farming methods and provide them directly from farm(er) to customer.
