Eric is a family member and family coach on a mission born out of love for his sister and a deep commitment to ensuring that people with developmental disabilities can lead the Awesome Ordinary Lives they deserve. It was through helping his sister transition from his parent's home to her own apartment that he realized the tremendous potential for people with developmental disabilities to lead fulfilling, independent lives. Through his online courses, Eric has now supported over 700 families to create customized life plan's for their loved one with a developmental disability.
