Tara is a Children's Mental Health Therapist providing services to the Guelph community. Tara works within a unique trauma, attachment and expressive arts based therapy model, with 10C as her hub for providing services to families in the Guelph community.

Whether through the relationship within, or with our loved ones, I believe everyone can find the path forward. For the past 12 years, I have been privileged to witness how my approaches support those I meet. I have supported children, adolescents, emerging adults, and parents through a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, trauma, and adverse childhood experiences such as attachment disruptions, adoption, and abuse. Additionally, I have helped individuals navigate relationship difficulties and interpersonal struggles.
