Guelph Comedy Festival Back Again for 11th Year!
We’re back! The Guelph Comedy Festival returns for its 11th year this October – whether you love stand-up, sketch, improv, or just love to laugh – we’ve got the show for you. Join us Friday October 18 for Got Land? the all-indigenous stand-up spectacular, or channel your inner Lawrence Welk at the all-musical-comedy show or new this year – the toddler-friendly Saturday matinee with Mr. J and the Groovy Gang ! Come get your giggle on October 17-19th in downtown Guelph.
Baby Feeding Essentials – Free Virtual Class on Wednesday, October 30th from 6:30 to 8 pm (with Q&A)

During this class, you will receive education about breastfeeding and lactation. We will cover topics such as basic anatomy, breastfeeding techniques, what to expect in the first week after birth, how to promote optimal supply, common issues that may arise and, how to set yourself up with success.

Through this mentorship program, you will learn how to maximize the efficiency of your money at work and eliminate any leakage of money that may be happening unknowingly and unnecessarily right now in your current plan, mainly from your current tax and mortgage bills.
You will also discover how to achieve time and money freedom by applying timeless money wisdom to modern financial strategies that secure your financial future, allowing you to retire early and stay wealthier than the conventional wisdom pushed by large institutions.
Parent-Child Emotion Regulation Group
Samantha Hicks MSW, RSW & play therapist Michelle Baer MA, RP, CCC
Through sharing knowledge and practical strategies, this group will help children ages 6-8 and their caregivers strengthen their connection and bolster their ability to manage big feelings. Each session will include time for parents and children to meet in separate groups as well as time to join all together.
Tuesdays in November 2024 (Dates: November 5th, 12th, 19th, and 26th) at 4:15pm to 5:30pm at 10C Shared Space.
$340 per family for all dates. Reimbursed by most extended health benefits. Total amount is required before first session.

Both were originally introduced by the Buddha to his followers.
