Take Control of Your Financial Journey with the Belief Project
Do you want to level up your knowledge and build your confidence to make better financial
decisions? 10C is excited to be part of a new program that will help teach you the skills and knowledge that you need!
The Belief Project, in partnership with the Canadian Women’s Foundation, Credit Canada, and Capital One Canada is designed to give participants the knowledge and confidence to take control of their financial journeys.
What you will learn as a participant:
- How to create a budget
- Hot to calculate your net worth
- Goal setting
- Understand credit and how your score is calculated
- How to develop a financial safety net
All in a safe and welcoming space by trained co-facilitators!
This is a powerful program for those who are looking for more financial education. Our past
participants saw compelling results from The Belief Project. For example, those that had debt coming into the program, over 50% reported that they were able to reduce it over the 6 weeks, and 25% said they saw an increase in their credit scores!

Time Commitment
- The program will run for 1.5 hours virtually on Zoom weekly for 6 weeks from Thursday October 3, 2024 to Thursday November 7, 2024
- After each weekly session, participants are encouraged to attend one brief weekly drop-in session with their co-facilitators in case you have any questions about the training material or exercises.
- After the program, participants must complete an anonymous survey.
Eligibility & Registration Deadline
This program is open to those who are 18+ and identify as women, non-binary and/or gender diverse. If you are under 18, please complete the form below to let us know you would be available in a future program offering.

Financial Bursary and Certificate of Graduation
Graduates are eligible to receive a bursary to invest in their continued financial success! Upon successful graduation of The Belief Project, each participant will receive a Certificate of Graduation and may be eligible to each receive a $300.00 CDN bursary upon successful completion of the program to invest in your continued financial well-being. To receive the bursary, graduation requires attendance for the first session, attendance and engagement in at attendance and engagement in at least 4 sessions, and making up for any missed sessions by connecting with your trained financial literacy co-facilitators during their office hours, and completing one post-program anonymous survey.
