What began as a passion for food, creativity, and bringing people together has grown into a Guelph-based culinary business known for bold flavours, thoughtful hospitality, and memorable experiences.
Jordan’s cooking blends street-food inspiration with refined, modern presentation. Rooted in seasonal ingredients and local producers, his menus range from intimate private dinners and corporate events to weddings and large-scale celebrations.
For Jordan, food is about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about the people behind the ingredients, the stories behind each dish, and the connections made around the table.
Building Belly and the Beast has meant taking risks, learning through experience, and continually raising the bar. Today, the company serves couples, families, businesses, and communities throughout Guelph and Wellington County.
As a kitchen member at 10C, Jordan has also found a home within Guelph’s food community — connecting with people who value collaboration, creativity, and meaningful local growth, he’s also on our preferred catering list for events at 10C.
The company’s next chapter includes a long-time friend and investing partner who shares Jordan’s ambition and belief in the business’s potential. Together, they’re focused on strengthening the operation while preserving its personal touch. Their plans include investing in a larger catering vehicle, expanding the team and infrastructure, taking on larger events, and ultimately establishing a venue of their own. That
space could host weddings, private dining experiences, community gatherings, and culinary events celebrating local food and hospitality.
