Private Offices
Private offices throughout 10C offer beautiful and functional places to brainstorm, exchange ideas and focus on what matters. Ranging in size and price, offices can accommodate teams of up to 6. 10C will work with you to accommodate your furnishing needs and meeting room spaces are included in your office lease agreement.
All offices at 10C include:
- Monthly allocation of hours to be used to book meeting and event rooms.
- Access to the main floor lounge, 2nd floor lounges, kitchens and other shared spaces.
- Host Desk reception on main floor from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- Mailbox services and package reception.
- Wireless internet and all utilities.
In addition, office tenants may choose to add private high speed internet, and/or additional storage and parking to their lease agreement.
