10C By-Laws (ONCA revisions June 2024)

10C Shared Space (10C) is an Ontario Incorporated not-for-profit organization, founded in October 2008 and incorporated in November 2009. The legal name is 10 Carden Shared Space and we operate under the short name 10C. As such, we work to support changemaking activities, and maintain an active membership and have a voluntary Board of Directors. Our By-Laws outline our standard governance practices.

June 2024 – AGM included a motion to adopt the revised by-laws. In fall of 2022, 10C began a review process to extensively update its by-laws to comply with the recently revised Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) supported by Community Legal Education Ontario (CLEO).
