Meet Gabrielle Nechala, the owner/executive chef of Caraway Culinary and a Nourish Member at 10C!
After working in Guelph’s hospitality industry for nearly two decades, Gabrielle started Caraway Culinary in June 2025. Alongside a fresh perspective and a love for seasonal ingredients, Gabrielle’s values for community and creativity are always incorporated into her dishes.

Gabrielle was raised with traditional Czech flavours and cooking techniques. However, she utilizes a variety of cooking styles to bring her dishes to life. “Food is a bridge between cultures, it brings people together” – Gabrielle
