We have collaborated on dance parties, markets, retreats, movie screenings and workshops. 10C is excited to help bring your event to life!

This is a great option for those who are looking for support with the event logistics, administration, promotion and/or event staffing.

The ways 10C can support your event/workshop:

  • Co-creating the event budget
  • Hosting your event at 10C Shared Space or the Guelph Farmers’ Market, each space offers a variety of room sizes and amenities
  • Setting up online registration/ticket sales (we use Zeffy – a great option for non-profits)
  • Emails and reminders to attendees
  • Post your event on 10C’s Event Page
  • Support with social media graphics and marketing your event
  • Equipment rental and technical staffing
  • Bar set up and bar staffing (with Smart Serve certification)
  • Catering
  • Event set-up
  • Event greeting/ticket booths
  • Event clean-up support

10C staff work with you find the ways we can best support your event and vision. For both workshops and events we use a 60/40 profit sharing model where 60% of the profit goes to you and 40% of the profit goes to support 10C’s operations and vision for this community. Co-presented events and workshops are highly customizable and can be designed to suit your skills and capacity.
