Join us in learning how to use food to help reduce hypertension, or high blood pressure. This food demonstration is an opportunity to explore how ingredients and simple herbal remedies can support wellness, balance and vitality in later life. Using common kitchen tools, participants will be guided through step by step preparation of nourishing teas, soothing soups and healing meals designed to help reduce and manage your high blood pressure.
