Based in southern Ontario, Crowded Table celebrates the beauty of local, seasonal food through handmade pizzas crafted with love and purpose. She has been featured by the Ontario Agricultural College, Globe and Mail, and most recently was awarded a Lieutenant Governor’s Award among other honours – whether sharing food at farmers market pop-ups, or being involved in her communities through music, volunteering, and more, Allison’s mission is to spark connection, curiosity, and joy around the food we eat. Having recently graduated from the University of Guelph and with a background in agriculture, gardens, heritage, and culinary arts, she brings a unique perspective to the table that blends science and storytelling, especially when it comes to pizza.
Sliding Scale Tickets:
All 10C workshops are set using a varying sliding scale. The sliding scale recognizes that our economic system is an outdated and oppressive model that does not serve the needs of our community. By offering a range of ticket prices we aim to reduce barriers to participation in community events and learning opportunities that are meant for everyone to enjoy.
Please choose the ticket price that best fits with your needs.
