Crucial Conversations – Emergency Preparedness Info Session

Join the Guelph Tool Library on Sunday, June 8th for an informal, but important discussion on emergency preparedness as part of our Living Better On Less: Crucial Conversations series in collaboration with the Church of the Apostles. The chat will include two guest speakers and a Q&A.
Participants will be entered in to a door prize of an emergency fire blanket, and light refreshments will be served. This event is free and open to all with donations always accepted. Pre-registration is strongly suggested as capacity is limited.

The Guelph Jazz Society proudly presents the La Poche Piano Trio Series, a bold new concert residency that shines a spotlight on a different piano soloist every other Thursday at La Poche Bar, located at 40 Quebec Street in downtown Guelph.
Running from 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM, this evolving series features an impressive roster of pianists, this month Evan Peters on June 5th, and Matt Endahl on June 19th. Anchoring every performance is the La Poche House Band, featuring Liam Gallagher on bass and Andrew Schoettler on drums—two mainstays of Guelph’s music community.

From 11am-2pm, we invite ALL ages to join us for workshops on topics such as character building, roleplaying, and more. From 3pm-6pm, we invite our 19+ friends to join us for multiple one-shots being run by guest DMs from the community. Adventure bekcons… Are you coming?
La Reverdie: An Aerial & Musical Ode to Spring

Join us this on Sunday, June 15 from 1-3:30 p.m. for “La Reverdie”, an afternoon of aerial dance and live music at the Arboretum. Featuring aerial silks and trapeze performances by Britt Howlett and Erika Lui, with live harp and vocal music by Shannon Kingsbury, this free outdoor event for the whole family invites you to slow down, breathe, and experience the harmony between art and nature.
Arboretum staff will lead free guided walking tours between performances, and seasonal treats and refreshments will be available from local vendors courtesy of Arrell Food Institute.
Performances are at 1 p.m., 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. and last approx. 15 minutes.

Calling all seniors, caregivers and community members! Discover a day full of valuable resources, services, fun activities, and expert advice at the Just Like Family Guelph Senior Expo on July 9th 2025 from 10 AM-2 PM at 10C.
This event focuses on seniors and how they can thrive and be active. The Expo is an opportunity for seniors to explore community resources, workshops, services and products that encourage seniors to age in place. There will be FREE lunch and refreshments.
