Community of Hearts is a not-for-profit, charitable organization in Guelph supporting youth, adults and seniors with developmental exceptionalities to achieve the level of independence they desire. Through curriculum-based quality programming, a person-centred focus, as well as relevant and responsive opportunities, we support our participants to build self-confidence, self-advocacy and become more engaged members in the community.
