Elora Charcuterie Collective creates elevated, beautifully curated charcuterie experiences that celebrate seasonal ingredients and the charm of local food culture. We source intentionally through close friendships with the University of Guelph Honey Bee Research Centre, and the Elora Bread Trading Company. We also have a friendship with the Elora Brewing Company. Through our work, we aim to gently strengthen community and support a more sustainable, locally rooted food system across Wellington County and Centre Wellington.
