My work as a Professor in the Department of Family Relations and Applied Nutrition at the University of Guelph is focused on helping increase access to nutritious food and to help individuals eat more sustainably by reducing food waste and eat more plant-based foods.

I am also the Chair of the 10C Board of Directors.
