We grow a variety of unusual hot peppers in Mapleton at our Garden of Apologies, so we make a unique variety of small batch hot sauces to showcase them. We have a line up of Sorry Sauces ranging from very mild to one of the hottest in Canada, and we have exciting new one-off batches as the opportunity arises. We also offer hot pepper powder and various hot pepper condiments including habanero maple syrup, hot pepper powders, salsa and chutney. The farm is organic and all natural, and we're doing our best to stay carbon neutral.
