Although I work as a Holistic Transformation Coach I actually began as a teacher many years ago and switched gears back in 2014 helping people declutter and organize their lives. My role has evolved into holistic coaching where I work with people on all areas of their life including their career and businesses. Together we release what you are holding on to that keeps you stuck in the past and prevents you from being present and creating your future. My intention is to help people return to balance, themselves and heal so they can live out their soul purpose. I do this through a 5 step process I created that helps people get their life in order and remove barriers to where they would like to be.

I recently moved to Guelph and I’m loving the farm fresh food, nature and community feel!
