I am currently holding two roles, one as Faculty of Early Childhood Education, and the other as a Pedagogical Consultant, both at Conestoga College. As faculty, I work with pre-service ECEs, guiding them as they learn about and enter the field. As a consultant, I mentor educators and early years staff, in terms of their personal and professional growth, and within the Region of Waterloo's quality program.
