I work as a systems and user researcher helping cities, startups, and nonprofits understand how people move, live, and thrive—especially those too often overlooked in mainstream planning and product design. My work pushes organizations to center on real human needs, align with an understanding of lived experiences, and design for collective good. At its heart, it’s about queering how we build and shifting systems to be more just, joyful, and grounded in community.
