Community Climate Forum
Guelph Climate Action Network

Guelph Climate Action Network is hosting a Community Climate Forum on Oct 26, 1:30-430pm.
Why? Currently, Guelph is increasing its annual GreenHouse Gas (GHG) emissions, not decreasing them. According to the Community Call to Climate Action Report that the City of Guelph released in June 2025, we are moving AWAY from municipal emission-reduction targets NOT TOWARDS THEM.
GCAN and its partners* have heard the call, and we are taking action. We are holding a Community Climate Forum to bring community awareness to this issue. We will gather community input into how we can generate community-as-a-whole strategies to increase sustainable transport, build the natural environment, make our buildings energy efficient, decarbonize business operations, build circular economic models and ensure our electricity comes from renewable sources.
Please come and be part of developing a GHG emission-reduction strategy for the City of Guelph.
