Opening Opportunities: Esther’s Story

Meet Esther, a participant in Opening Opportunities and founder of Metheq Cuisine.

Esther, a culinary artist, founded Metheq Cuisine out of her love for the rich and diverse flavours of Nigerian cuisine and her passion for hospitality. Her mission is to introduce Nigerian cuisine to Canada, aiming to make Metheq Cuisine a household name for quality and authenticity. You can find Esther’s business on Instagram at @metheqcuisine.ca.

Throughout Opening Opportunities, Esther has refined her business plans, created a brand new logo, connected with local food entrepreneurs and catered for program workshops and socials.
