About the facilitator:
Shin Low is a Registered Dietitian(RD) working in the community health sector for over 15 years. With her extensive knowledge and expertise in nutrition, she has supported many folks with variety of health concerns from birth to older adulthood. Shin will facilitate a discussion on anti-inflammatory foods and how these powerful food can improve and optimize one’s health.
