How can we grow our individual and collective capacity as changemakers to co-create spaces of transformation in these times of complexity and disruption?
The world we live in has shifted. It calls us to embrace complexity, learn together, and attune the ways we live, relate and work. Whether you are a social innovator, organizational leader, team member, educator, family member – a changemaker – we know radical transformation is needed.
Join us at 10C from April 18 to 20 for The Art of Participatory Leadership.
Throughout this intensive 3-day approach to participatory leadership, you will practice simple yet powerful approaches for designing, hosting and harvesting deep conversations, engaging a diverse group of people to discover new ideas and solutions, and work generatively with complexity, conflict and emergence. Art of Hosting (AoH) has been used globally to support individuals, groups, organizations and communities to “be the change” for the past 25 years.
Registration: Registration is open and includes the three-day training, lunches and a celebratory dinner on the Friday evening. Take advantage of a $50 early-bird discount when you register by February 29. 10C Members also receive a $50 discount.
Pay What You Can: We are committed to making this training as accessible as possible with a focus on support for emerging leaders and equity-deserving participants. If you would like support with tuition, please do not fill in this registration form at this time. We invite you to share a brief statement describing what you are able to pay to: email@example.com. We ask you to consider paying what you can, keeping in mind we have costs to cover to make the training feasible. Decisions will be communicated to all participants by March 18.
Contribution to the Scholarship Fund: Contribution to Scholarship Fund: Please let us know if your organization would like to contribute to our scholarship fund. Every amount received will go directly to supporting equity-deserving individuals who may not otherwise be able to attend this training. Reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to express your interest.
This event is hosted by an international team of Art of Hosting stewards and locally with 10C members Heather Watt-Kapitain, Christine Robinson, Diana Smith and Kate Webster, in collaboration with 10C.
