The Alexander Technique, developed by F. Matthias Alexander (1869-1955), is a movement education method that can help us to coordinate ourselves with balance, support, ease & awareness in our activities. Those activities might be specialized ones, like singing or sewing or tightrope-walking…; or they might be the activities of daily living. The Alexander Technique can help us to be ourselves and to use ourselves safely & sustainably and to act & respond the way we wish in that which we wish to do.

We’re welcoming new outdoor schoolers to Winter sessions (Jan-March) with an offer of 25% off registration – see you out there!
