Meet 10C Changemaker: Evan

Evan Ferrari (he/him) is the Executive Director of eMERGE Guelph Sustainability. As a not-for-profit organization, eMERGE has one main goal: fighting climate change.

Becoming a member at 10C has been an important step for Evan and the team at eMERGE. Evan recognizes that community connections are imperative to addressing climate change in Guelph and beyond. Simply being in the building with likeminded people has lead to regular community collaborations.

With strong community connections and a growing network, Evan is working towards making Guelph a 100% renewable energy community by 2050 – or sooner. The team at eMERGE recognizes that an ambitious goal requires commitment from the entire community. Evan is proud to share that the City of Guelph has pledged to reach this goal.
