The Art of Participatory Leadership Training

Posted on: January 17, 2024

How can we grow our individual and collective capacity as changemakers to co-create spaces of transformation in these times of complexity and disruption?

The world we live in has shifted. It calls us to embrace complexity, learn together, and attune the ways we live, relate and work. Whether you are a social innovator, organizational leader, team member, educator, family member – a changemaker – we know radical transformation is needed.

Join us at 10C from April 18 to 20 for The Art of Participatory Leadership.

Throughout this intensive 3-day approach to participatory leadership, you will practice simple yet powerful approaches for designing, hosting and harvesting deep conversations, engaging a diverse group of people to discover new ideas and solutions, and work generatively with complexity, conflict and emergence. Art of Hosting (AoH) has been used globally to support individuals, groups, organizations and communities to “be the change” for the past 25 years.

Are you:

  • Ready to bring new life to a project, initiative or vision, to collaborate and explore with others?
  • An emerging, seasoned or evolving leader who is asking HOW to move values-based ideas from possibility into action?
  • Already hosting emerging movements, networks or systemic change initiatives and asking how to deepen them, make them sustainable, or scale them up?
  • Sensing that your meetings, engagements and interactions could have more impact?
  • In your heart, an activist, but know there’s a better way than burning out by doing too much yourself?

This training might be for you!

Registration: Registration is open and includes the three-day training, lunches and a celebratory dinner on the Friday evening. Registration is $1,150 to $1,450 with creative tuition arrangements available. Take advantage of a $50 early-bird discount when you register by February 29. 10C Members also receive a $50 discount.

Pay What You Can: We are committed to making this training as accessible as possible with a focus on support for emerging leaders and equity-deserving participants. Every amount received will go directly to supporting equity-deserving individuals who may not otherwise be able to attend this training.
